We offer a three-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on all courses.
Refund Request Timeline
Refunds must be claimed within 3 days of registration.
Post-Deadline Refunds
No refund requests will be accepted after 3 days from the date of registration.

Refund Policy for PG Programs & Advanced Certifications
• The refund policy does not apply to PG Programs and Advanced Certification in Cloud Computing.
• These programs are non-refundable after enrollment.
• For more information, please refer to the respective course pages.

Exceptions to the 3-Day Refund Policy
The 3-day refund policy is not applicable under the following conditions:
• If any content is downloaded from the TechPragna Learning Management System (LMS).
• If you have watched more than 2 class recordings from the LMS.

Abuse of Refund Policy
If we believe the refund policy is being abused, TechPragna reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict future access to our products and services, without any liability.

Policy Revisions
We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time without prior notice, other than by updating them on the website.

EMI Policy
If you have opted for EMI (e.g., ICICI EMI), please note that EMIs will not be cancelled after the 3-day refund window.

Batch-shift Policy
Batch Availability
Batch-shift requests are subject to seat availability in live-online classes. If your preferred batch is full, TechPragna will provide alternate options where seats are available.
Frequency of Batch Shift
You can request a batch shift only once every 3 months from the start of your previous batch.
Waiting Period for Batch Shift
Batch-shift requests will be processed only after 15 days from the start of your previous batch.
