Refund / Swap / Batch-shift Policy
General Refund Policy
• We offer a 3-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on all courses.
• Refund must be requested within 3 days of registration.
• No refund requests will be accepted after 3 days.
Exclusions for PG Programs
• Refund terms do not apply to PG Programs and Advanced Certification in Cloud Computing.
• No refunds are available once enrolled in these programs.
• Refer to individual course pages for specific details.
Conditions That Void the Refund Policy
• If any content is downloaded from TechPragna’s LMS.
• If you watch more than 2 class recordings from the LMS.
• If we believe you’re abusing the refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend/terminate your account.
EMI Terms
• After the 3-day window, EMIs (e.g., ICICI EMI) will not be cancelled as per refund policy.
Requesting a Refund
• Please raise a support ticket via your TechPragna login to initiate a refund request.

Batch-shift Policy
• Batch shifts are subject to limited seat availability.
• If your preferred batch is full, you will be offered alternate options.
• You may shift batches only once every 3 months from the start date of the previous batch where you attended a class.
• Batch-shift requests are allowed only after 15 days from the previous batch start date.
